Whether you’re encouraging interaction on your Facbook Page or promoting a contest or a product, Facebook will allow you to pro-actively target people based on location, interests, connections and more.

In this workshop we will look at:

·        Why you should consider advertising on Facebook

·        Getting started

·        Testing your campaigns and measuring results

·        Creating and targeting your ads

·        Creating customized landing pages

This workshop will be completely interactive. Things to bring:

Mandatory (if you want to take part)

·        Laptop (or desktop if you don’t mind a monitor on your lap and a tower under your seat)

·        Wifi Connection or Wifi device (please test prior to start of workshop)

·        Personal Facebook profile

Optional (highly recommended)

·        Business Facebook Page

·        Graphics for your ads – (Size 110 pixels wide x 80 pixels tall)

·        Header image for your landing page – Something that represents the promotion or product - (Size: 520 pixels wide x max 800 pixels tall)

·        Payment information (if you want to start your campaign)

·        A computer savvy buddy
